三 | 　　发展粮食深加工是推动粮食产业高质量发展、壮大粮食产业经济的重要方面。刘焕鑫一行到中粮油脂（大连）有限公司，实地察看生产车间，详细了解企业原料来源、油料压榨加工和市场营销等情况。他指出，要紧盯市场需求，科学谋划产业布局，持续优化产品供给，不断把粮食资源优势转化为产业优势、经济优势。要把科技创新作为重要支点，深化产学研用协同创新，积极研究开发适销对路的新产品，更好满足消费者需求，着力打造科技含量高、产业链条长、资源利用足、市场活力强的粮食加工产业体系。

四 | 　　期货市场在发现粮食价格、管理粮食市场风险、配置粮食资源等方面发挥着重要作用。
